Get your hotel, homestay or hostel its own booking website at yourname.upstay.in: direct bookings, verified guest reviews, and a front desk console. Listing is free; Upstay takes a standard 5% (set per hotel) on bookings made through Upstay, where online travel agencies typically take 15–25%. Apply online; the Upstay team reviews every listing.
How it works
- Sign up: Your name, mobile and email. We send a code to each, so both are verified before you start.
- Fill your listing: Eight short steps. Save as you go and come back any time, from your phone or a laptop.
- We review it: The Upstay team checks your documents and details, and gets back to you if anything is missing.
- You're live: You get an email to set your password. Your console opens and your site goes up at yourname.upstay.in.

What does it cost?
Listing is free and so is your booking site. Upstay takes a standard 5% (set per hotel) on bookings made through Upstay. Online travel agencies typically take 15–25%.
Do I have to leave the OTAs?
No. Keep them if they work for you. The channel manager keeps your OTA rooms and rates in sync, and their bookings land on the same Room Board.
How long until I'm live?
Signing up takes a couple of minutes and the listing about half an hour. After you send it, the Upstay team reviews it, usually within one or two working days.
What documents do I need?
A title deed or lease, a cancelled cheque for your bank account, and either a GSTIN certificate or a PAN card. Plus photos and a base rate for each room type.
How do I get paid?
Payments made online through Upstay are paid out to the bank account you add during the listing. Pay-at-hotel bookings are paid to you directly by the guest.
Can I switch features off?
Yes. Tell us what you need. A four-room homestay and a sixty-room hotel run the same platform, with only what they use switched on.
